Within 48 hours of your payment, a ticket will be sent to your contact email address. Simply show us your ticket in pdf or printed form, and find yourself a seat on the bus.

All refund request will be accepted until the 31st of April. Read about our refund policy in our Terms and Condition to see if you are eligible for a refund after the 31st of April.

During your journey you will be offered food and beverages in order to enhance your experience. Prices range depending on the product, but we typically charge around 5€ for a sandwich. 

Yes! You can add as many tickets to your cart as you wish, so simply decide how many you would like to buy and go ahead with your purchase. We will prepare and send you your tickets to the contact email provided during the checkout.

We understand plans can change, especially at music festivals. If you miss the shuttle you wanted, you won’t have to wait long to be able to catch the next one. Check out schedule here for more information.
