The organiser will be released from fulfilling the contract (ie. exclusion of the passenger from travel) if the customer, even as part of a group, disrupts the execution of the trip through grossly improper behavior, regardless of a warning. In this case, if the customer is at fault, he or she is obliged to compensate the organizer for the damage.

In addition, every travel participant must be physically, mentally and physically fit, able to carry out their personal tasks independently and be able to meet all the requirements of the booked trip. Amendments to the Terms of Use

The organiser reserves the right to increase the travel price for reasons that are independent of his will. Such reasons are exclusively the change in transport costs – such as fuel costs – the charges for certain services, such as license fees, or the exchange rates applicable to the travel event in question. If the price is reduced for these reasons, this must be passed on to the traveler. There is no price change from the 20th day before the departure date. A price change is only permitted if the agreed conditions are met and precise information is provided for calculating the new price. Price changes and their circumstances must be explained to the customer immediately. Customers who have already purchased their tickets will not be subject to any price changes after the payment.

Furthermore, in the event of non-fulfillment or inadequate fulfillment of the contract, the organizer is obliged to provide the customer with all possible help to overcome difficulties.

There is no entitlement to compensation for service changes that are caused by government orders, strikes, war or war-like conditions, epidemics, natural disasters or illness or accident of a travel participant through no fault of The Festival Bus.
